Crazy times! We are actually, finally, moving into our own place tomorrow (the 7th). We are so grateful to everyone we've stayed with this summer, but we are REALLY looking forward to settling down in our own space. We'll be sending out new address info soon!

Even though us getting into our new place is pretty momentous, it is not the biggest thing happening tomorrow... Sera is turning ONE! We're going to take her to the same "birthday bar" in Madison where the boys went on their first birthday. (The Nitty Gritty, for our Badger-hip readers)

While it's hard to believe her birthday is already here, we can just not imagine our family without Sera. She has been walking since 10 months. She got her 1st two teeth at 11 months, and almost has one top tooth. She loves to dance, especially when Xander sings "Twinkle Twinkle" or one of his made up songs. She loves ice cream, and Noah loves to let her lick his cone. She tries to sing along when the boys sing ABCs.

She loves shoes and will bring them to you, and then sit down so you can put them on. She also loves to be outside, which is somewhat related to the love of shoes. She's very excited about the boys' new shoes which light up (and are skechers, with an "S" on the side, which the boys love because it's "S for my Sera"). Her new shoes are supposed to come in tomorrow's mail, I'm sure she'll love them too.

She signs and says "milk" (for nursing), "more" and "all done". She also says "dada" and she definitely is saying it to Dan. She is a climber, just like her brothers. She loves to play tackle and duck, duck goose with the big kids. She loves to play peek-a-boo and has a giggle that melts your heart.

Happy Birthday to my sweet girl! We love you so much!
